Nuzzo ("we", "us") provides research-backed interpretations of pet body language and vocalizations. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address and authentication data when you sign in.
• Pet profiles: names, species, breed, age, and notes you choose to add.
• Submissions: photos, audio recordings, and written descriptions you upload for analysis.
• Usage data: basic logs (timestamps, page paths, errors) to improve the service.

How we use it

• To generate behavior interpretations using third-party AI providers.
• To maintain your account, journal, and credit balance.
• To send transactional email (account, support, digest) you've opted into.
• To debug issues and improve accuracy.

Third parties

We use Supabase (database, auth, storage), AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI) for interpretation, and email infrastructure for transactional messages. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support. Account deletion removes your profiles, submissions, and journal entries.

Children

Nuzzo is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
